Katie is a Yoga Alliance Certified Prenatal Teacher with Integral Yoga Institute in New York City.  Her classes incorporate gentle movement with restorative poses and pelvic floor awareness.  Her gently flowing practice will help you to improve circulation, ease digestion, maintain a limber spine, reduce lower back pain, strengthen your uterus and pelvic muscles, and simply make you more at ease throughout your pregnancy.  Katie currently teaches Pre and Posenatal/Baby and Me Yoga at Sangha Yoga Shala in Brooklyn as well as gives private sessions to clients throughout New York City.
