Katie combines her training in Thai Yoga Massage, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga to create a unique blend that truly allows the mind and body to relax and restore while gaining all the benefits yoga has to offer.  She works with clients who want to focus on back pain, stress management and postural alignment as well as strengthening and increasing muscles flexibility.  Katie is also certified in Pre/Post Natal Yoga and Restorative Yoga.  She offers private yoga sessions in the comfort of your home, gym or office throughout New York City.
