Private Yoga Classes: Individuals, Couples and Families


Katie strives to inspire students in their practice and uses intelligent adjustments that strengthen an individual's practice. Private lessons are available for all levels of students, from complete beginners to advanced students.  She works with individuals and couples as well as families of all ages. Katie will travel to apartments or businesses throughout New York City to offer these unique sessions.  They are designed to suit individual needs and then refined further as the lessons progress. The session allows one to work privately with Katie to create a practice that makes sense for their body and level of experience. Private yoga sessions allows one to work on what makes sense for them at their own pace and on their own schedule. 



Private lessons can be particularly useful if:

  • You have any injuries
  • Want to work towards a specific goal like increased flexibility, balance or strength and target specific areas like tight hips or hamstrings
  • Just want to refine your practice 
  • You are new to yoga
